WATCH: XapiX Demo at March New York Tech Meet

 NEW YORK - XapiX Co-founder, Christian Umbach and XapiX developer, Daniel Gorman gathered with over 500 tech enthusiasts at Skirball Theater at New York University for one New York City’s most famous and longest running monthly tech events -- NY Tech Meetup.

For their March meetup, NY Tech Meetup had an engaging lineup of New York tech companies, including XapiX, that demoed their innovative products. Within a short five minute presentation slot, Christian and Daniel were able to demonstrate just how fast a developer could discover and  integrate APIs using the XapiX developer tool.

The two XapiX team members built an API project using three transportation services, including Uber, Navitia, and Mapbox,  and also Foursquare to create an API project that would return event information and transportation options for a nearby trending venue.

What may have seemed like a simple integration for the XapiX team could have taken a experienced developer hours to integrate. The XapiX team enjoyed demoing their product, which addresses this developer pain point, and looks forward to seeing more projects being created on the XapiX developer platform.
